आवेदक के कक्षा 8वीं, 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा का अंक पत्र, प्रमाण पत्र व सभी शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र
आई.टी.आई प्रमाण पत्र व मार्क शीट
उम्मीदवार के पास 2 राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा जारी चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र
अनुसूचित जाती/अनुसूचित जनजाति व अन्य पिछड़े बर्ड (नॉन क्रीमीलेयर) से आने वाले उम्मीदवारों के पास समुदाय प्रमाण पत्र का होना अनिवार्य हैं।
यदि आवेदक, दिव्यांग है तो उसके पास सक्षम अधिकारिक द्वारा दिव्यन्गाज प्रमाण पत्र
यदि आवेदक आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर है तो उसके पास सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर प्रमाण पत्र
आवेदक का अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो तो )
